Energy transfers are a gentle, non-invasive practice that supports calm, clarity, and energetic balance. Sessions are intentionally brief—up to 5 minutes—as the energy is strong and works efficiently without the need for longer exposure.
To receive, simply email me the full name of the recipient. Energy may be sent to you or, with consent, to family or friends. Each person receives only what they are open to and ready for. Nothing is forced.
